This program is for advanced Spanish students interested in expanding their knowledge of Latin America. Directly enroll in 4–6 courses at 1 of 3 prestigious universities in Santiago. Courses are taught in Spanish in a variety of disciplines: education, engineering, fine or applied arts, foreign languages, health sciences, humanities, mathematics and computer sciences, physical and life sciences, and social sciences. A homestay with a Chilean family and a volunteer placement with a local business or organization will help students improve their Spanish quickly. Enjoy cultural and educational activities such as Chilean movie nights, hikes in the Andes foothills, and an urban bike tour with Chilean student ambassadors.
