Description

This course is designed to develop reading, writing, and speaking skills. Its particular emphasis is on conversational Polish. Texts cover a wide range from literature and essays to newspaper articles, political pamphlets, jokes, and films. Students are evaluated on the basis of oral and written reports, and a final examination.

Class Format:

Format: The class requires synchronous participation though Zoom.

Grading & Assessment: Both synchronous (oral exams / dictations) and asynchronous (short answers and essay questions).

Platforms/Technology: Canvas & Zoom. Students must have access to a camera and microphone.
