Second Year Polish is designed to review and reinforce the grammatical and lexical material from First Year Polish. Students will focus on developing their ability to apply all language skills effectively in a variety of settings. Numerous reading, listening, viewing, and speaking exercises will provide opportunities to practice comprehension and communication. Contemporary music, literature, visual arts, film, etc., will be used to provide a context in which the study of Polish language will be both enjoyable and meaningful.

Course Requirements:

Grading will be based on quizzes, final exam, attendance, and homework.

Class Format:

Instruction will be synchronous but asynchronous option will be considered or additional meetings scheduled for students unable to attend regular meetings. Grading will be synchronous and asynchronous. Students will take tests in class, do take home projects, and use work book.
