Description

The goal of this course is to introduce a basic understanding of financial management. The course develops fundamental models of valuation and investment from first principles and applies them to problems of corporate and individual decision-making. The topics of discussion will include the new present valuation, optimal portfolio selection, risk and investment analysis, issuing securities, capital structure with debt financing, and real options.
