Elizabeth manages the Program Assistant program, oversees the marketing communication initiatives, and provides event support at the Barger Leadership Institute.
An energetic and enthusiastic leader with countless years of event and marketing experience, she brings a widespread skill set, a keen eye for detail, and gregarious nature to the BLI.
Elizabeth enjoys the collaborative environment of the BLI and the opportunity to work alongside the BLI students. She is committed to leading with compassion, striving to create an environment where students feel empowered to grow into the leaders they want to see in the world.
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Elizabeth has a degree in Social Work with plans to pursue a professional coaching certification. Outside of work, she chauffeurs her two kids to the sport of the day, wrangles two rambunctious labs, takes in as much live music and theater as possible, and gardens all summer long.
