PIDC, a specialty-materials company in Ann Arbor MI, is searching for a motivated sales assistant to provide customer service for large multinational customers as well as high-level administrative support to the VP of Global Catalyst Business.

The sales assistant is responsible managing the internal sales cycle.
· Works closely with shipping and purchasing department
· Team player coordination of sales with all departments
· Maintains customer relationships
· Drafting documents and customer letters
· Updates reports/sales forecasts
· 2-4 year college degree
· Solid verbal and written communication skills
· Prior customer focused work experience
· Professional, with ability to multi-task
· Strong attention to detail, organization and time management
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
