The process of learning isn’t always as intuitive as we think it is! In this workshop, we’ll explore 5 scientifically supported learning strategies that can help you transform how you schedule study time, how you practice concepts from class, and how you seek and use campus support resources. We’ll look at why each strategy works and practical ways you can apply it to your own studying. Lastly, we’ll look at ways you can assess if your current approach to studying is working and how to continue improving.
