John Mitani's last undergraduate lecture at University of Michigan
John Mitani (center) gave his last lecture on April 9, 2018.
Members of the Anthropology department (faculty, students, and staff) attended John Mitani's, James N. Spuhler Collegiate Professor of Anthropology and Associate Chair of Anthropology, Last Lecture alongside undergraduate students. Mitani's last lecture took place on April 9, 2018 at 10am in MLB. His last lecture featured the Anthropology course Introduction to Biological Anthropology: ANTHRBIO 201. Several of Mitani's colleagues, former graduate students, as well as the field team he worked with in Ngogo viewed the lecture via Skype. Mitani has taught at the University of Michigan for the past 28 years.
