Pre-Health

Day  Time  Location  AdvisorWelcome to LSA Pre-Health Academic Advising

The information on this website is not meant to take the place of meeting periodically with a health professions advisor. Every student should work with an advisor to develop and then continuously evaluate an individual academic program that will meet personal goals.

For information about academic preparation for any of the healthcare professions, including medical school, dentistry, pharmacy, physician assistant, public health, optometry, nursing, and many more, consult the health professions advisors in the Newnan Academic Advising Center, College of LSA, 1255 Angell Hall.

To make an appointment, call 734.764.0332. We look forward to helping you reach your academic goals.

Fall 2018 Pre-health 101 SessionsPre-health 101 sessions are broad introductions to starting your preparation for any health profession.  All students, regardless of the school they are in, are welcome, but this works best for those who are just beginning. These are small sessions, capped at 30 students each, so you will have a great chance to ask your own questions. Please note: Pre-health 101 sessions are not a series, so please only register for one.
