In partnership with the U.S. Peace Corps, the University of Michigan’s International Center is proud to launch the Peace Corps Prep program. Peace Corps Prep is open to undergraduate students of all majors with sophomore status or higher, and aims to prepare students for the Peace Corps or other international service programs. Through coursework and extracurricular experiences, the program will facilitate student development within the following four core competencies: sector-specific skills, foreign language proficiency, intercultural competency, and leadership.

Students and staff are welcome to attend one of the following information sessions:

  • Friday, September 15, 12:00-1:00 pm at the Pond Room, Michigan Union.
  • Tuesday, September 18, 5:00-6:00 pm at the School of Information’s Engagement Center (777 N. University, above Panera).
