Looking to complete my UM degree after academic recess or suspension
- Please submit the application for reactivation/reinstatement.
- Full policies regarding reinstatement, along with deadlines for submitting the form, are listed on our Returning Students page. You are not required to meet with an advisor before submitting the reinstatement form.
- After you are reinstated, you will have direct access to the MyAdvising system to schedule advising appointments with your general advising office and major/minor departments.
Not returning from recess or suspension, and it has been LESS than 2 years since enrolled in LSA
- If less than two years have elapsed between the last semester you were enrolled in LSA and the time when you will be registering for your next semester's UM courses, you will need to request an enrollment registration date and time from the Office of the Registrar.
- If the Registrar's Office states that you need additional permission from LSA, contact [email protected] for guidance.
Not returning from recess or suspension, and it has been MORE than 2 years since enrolled in LSA
- If more than two years will elapse between the last semester you were enrolled in LSA and the time when you will be registering for your next semester's UM courses, or if your student file has been inactivated, you will need to submit the application for reactivation/reinstatement.
