“Latinx activism has deep roots at U-M,” says LSA student Ashley Soto, who helped to create an archive of the history of Latinx students at U-M for the ¡Presente! Project. Photography by Amrita Das.

 

Drag performances, plays staged on Zoom, and digital archiving are just some of the projects happening in LSA’s Latina/o Studies Program—a program that explores a range of cultures, individual perspectives, and academic disciplines.
