Real Colors: Personality Style & Leadership

This activity will provide you with new and applicable insights into your personality style and how that style impacts your work with others in a variety of settings and contexts.  During the activity, you will complete a color inventory and then work in small groups to discuss how your personality style manifests itself, as well as learn from your peers about other styles.  Connections will be made to your development as students both in and out of the classroom.
