Web Services coordinates training programs that prepare LSA staff to use a variety of web-based content management and analytics programs (see list at left). Instructors are marketing and communications experts who not only teach individuals how to use software, but also how to use the web as a powerful marketing tool.

Open Text CMS Training
Open Text training is provided to all College staff authorized to edit a unit's Open Text website. Session 1 provides a complete introduction to editing and creating content (including news and events). Session 2 covers People Directories. Advanced training on how to add pages to your site is available on demand. In certain cases, individualized training and support sessions can also be scheduled.
Web Services hosts 2.5 hour Open Lab sessions twice each week. Users sign up to work 1-on-1 with a team member to get assistance with any of the software systems we support.
