Abstract paintings by contemporary Seattle artist, Jaq Chartier. - Detailed Information:
Seattle artist Chartier paints with the Sun: she records the impact of solar rays on sensitive material, creating paintings which evolve over time. Reminiscent of laboratory tests, these ethereal and abstract paintings invite to Rorschach-like projections. This exhibition is presented in conjunction with the College of Literature, Science and the Arts semester theme of “Evolution.”
