- Detailed Information: Nancy Rose Hunt will offer introductory remarks before the screening of “If All Else Fails ...”; Tonics, Clinics, and Miracles in Accra. Professor Hunt, an anthropological historian at the University of Michigan, produced this film as part of a book-DVD project called Accra Remix: Bodies, Gender and Knowledge in a West African City.
Following the screening, Jacob Songsore will offer some critical comment and discussion of context. An urban and epidemiological geographer, he is Professor of Geography and Dean, School of Research and Graduate Studies, University of Ghana.
