LEO Lecturer I - World

The Department of Political Science in the College of Literature, Science and Arts at the University of Michigan is seeking up to two LEO Lecturer I lecturers to teach up to four courses during the Fall 2017 Semester. Applicants proposing courses in the following subject areas will be favored: International Security Affairs (POLSCI 372), The American Foreign Policy Process (POLSCI 371), International Organizations and Law (POLSCI 363), Politics of International Economic Relations (POLSCI 369). The Department of Political Science in the College of Literature, Science and Arts at the University of Michigan is seeking a LEO Lecturer I to teach two or four courses during the 2017-18 academic year: 2 courses in the Fall and 2 course in the Winter semester (applicant may apply for one or both semesters).  Applicants proposing courses in the following subject areas will be favored: Law and Public Policy (POLISCI 389); Law, Culture, and Rights (POLISCI 389); Race, Gender, and Law (POLISCI 496); and Human Rights Law (POLISCI 389). LEO Lecturer I - Political Theory

The Department of Political Science in the College of Literature, Science and Arts at the University of Michigan is seeking a LEO Lecturer I to teach two or four courses in the Political Theory subfield during the 2017-18 academic year: 2 courses in the Fall and 2 course in the Winter semester (applicant may apply for one or both semesters). Applicants should send a cover letter that describes two or four proposed courses, as well as a draft syllabus for each proposed course, and should indicate which semester if applying for one semester only.  Applicants proposing courses in the following subject areas will be favored: Political Theory, particularly in the areas of Feminist Political Theory (POLSCI 401) and Democratic Theory (POLSCI 406). Please submit a cover letter, resume, list of references, and a proposed draft syllabus for each proposed course via the UM job posting website.
