HEP-ASTRO SEMINAR | Observation of a Higgs-Like Particle at ATLAS

The search for a Standard Model Higgs boson is the most identifiable and visible goal of the LHC Physics Program. Both ATLAS and CMS experiments have observed a new particle that appears to be consistent with the long-sought Higgs boson. This seminar will present searches in ATLAS that lead to the discovery.
