Shanna Goldenberg (’06) began her professional career as a corps member for Teach For America after graduation. She taught 3rd grade and then transitioned to Program Director where she supported Pre-K through 5th grade teachers. Shanna earned her Master's in Education in Elementary Curriculum & Instruction and then left the U.S. to teach 2nd grade at an American School in Milan, Italy. Working with students from over 15 different countries allowed her to expand her education repertoire. Shanna is now looking to re-enter the classroom and focus solely on early literacy education and working towards a literacy specialist certification.

Melissa Kamin Busillo (’07) is a professional academic advisor with over 7 years of experience working with both graduate and undergraduate students at various higher education institutions. She received her Master's of Arts in Counseling in Personnel Services from the University of Maryland College Park (with a concentration in College Student Personnel) and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology (with high honors) and Organizational Studies. Ms. Busillo is currently employed as an academic advisor at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
