July is a great time to visit the spectacular Gateway Garden of New World Plants at the Botanical Gardens. Stroll through the garden and take in the breathtaking variety, design and bright colors of this July highlight.

  • Digital Measurement of Plant Color by Lisa Quiggle
    Instead of the annual auction, participants are encouraged to bring in their hosta hybrids to exchange with others. Plus, a donation of $5 allows attendees to choose from 1-year-old "Seedlings of Promise,” i.e., ones that show promise for breeding but have not yet been tested.  Bring a dish to pass or sack lunch. Free. Presented by Hosta Hybridizer Group.
