The software, which was spearheaded by McKay as a way to connect with his large lecture classes, is now being implemented across the University of Michigan campus to help students navigate college.

"This gives us the opportunity to talk to each student on an individual level and tailor what we are communicating to them to fit their situation, even in these large classes," McKay said.
