This section of the Web Services site includes the training manual for Google Analytics, which includes information on core concepts, using dashboards and using reports. For each of these sections we've created video tutorials, also included on this page.
If you have questions about how to use your dashboard or how to create new reports after walking through the manual and the video tutorials below, please schedule an Open Lab session. When filling in the sign up form, please add GA after your name, so we can assign the appropriate team member to assist you.
We partnered with The Understanding Group (TUG) to restructure department website Google Analytics. After meeting with many individuals at the department and college levels it we have created a Google Analytics Dashboard that consists of widgets that track multiple areas of your site. Depending on your department's website some of these widgets may not be displayed in your personalized dashboard.
