Below are the steps to clear out the browser cached in Chrome, Firefox and Safari.  Please use these steps as a general guideline, some wording may vary due to the version of the browser.

For Chrome users:

Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)

  1. Open a Chrome window
  2. Copy and paste this link to open the Clear Browsing data, chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  3. Select "the past day" at the top of the menu
  4. Make sure the following is selected:
    1. Browsing history
    2. Download history
    3. Cookies and other site and plugin data
    4. Cached images and Files
  5. Click on "Clear browsing data"

For Firefox Users:

Version 45.7.0

  1. Open a Firefox browser window
  2. Copy and past this link to open the Preferences/Privacy window, about:preferences#privacy
  3. Click on "clear your recent history"
  4. Make sure the following are selected:
    1. Browsing history
    2. Download history
    3. Cookies and other site and plugin data
    4. Cached images and Files
  5. Click on "Clear Now"

For Safari Users:

Version 10.0.3 (10602.4.8.0.1)

  1. Open a Safari browser window
  2. Click History in the navigation bar across the top
  3. Clear "today and yesterday"
  4. Click Clear History

Please note, it may take a few minutes for the cache to clear. Please wait till the end before closing out the browser. Once the the process has ended, close out the browser and open a new one.
