At the start of every department website transition process, LSA Web Services asks departments to supply a list of tags (through their Site Audit Survey) for the following areas:
News - To categorize news articles (Faculty News, Department News, Faculty in the News, etc)
People - To categorize people profiles under specific fields of study
Fields of Study - To categorize faculty and graduate students based on their area of interest (may also be Research Interests, Areas of Interests, etc.)
Events - To manage tags for the Campus Information (CI) calendar system
Once a site is launched, departments will use tags already populated in the system. If a new tag is needed the department will send their request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Departments should detail how they will use the tag to better instruct LSA Web Services where to place the tag.

No AEM user should request tags from Campus Information for their AEM site. For tags used in Events, LSA Web Services will serve as a liaison between departments and CI, especially during the initial transition into the AEM system.
