  1. Content Window – Changes based upon which view you have selected (#2). Lists only the content you have permission to access, which are: Assets folder, slideshow pages and your website navigations (listed under LSA Websites). Unlike Open Text, you only see the information for your department, not every other department in LSA.
  2. Views Menu (top row of icons) Segments type of content shown in left hand window. The only views Authors need to utilize are A and B (see below menu breakout view).
  3. Sign Out – Similar functionalities as User Settings in Projects interface (p. 9).
  4. Tasks Menu – Specific menus tailored to the particular view you have selected. For instance, in the website view above, under the “New…” dropdown, you can create new pages on your site, and new folders for additional content. The most commonly used tasks that Web Editors will use are:
    1. Websites
    2. Digital Assets
    3. Tags
