Grad Student General Fund
Graduate Student Research
This fund assists graduate students with their research. Our PhD students are highly productive during their time here, sometimes with more than 10 publications before they finish the program.
These funds can go towards physical supplies such as software, mechanical equipment, and "props" for studies.
Depending on the type of research the student is focusing on, it can help fund their travels to Africa to observe monkeys in their natural habitat, to china to look at word-learning differences across cultures, or to help offset conference travel to present their work.
Another common use for research funds is to fund help, such as undergraduate researchers, and to compensate participants who donate their time to the studies.
If you are interested in helping graduate students use their intellectual talents and expand the reach of this knowledge to how we assess and treat people, please CLICK HERE to donate to this fund.
If you have a specific area of study you would like your funds for graduate students to go to, please write it in the notes.
Edward E Smith Fund
The fund recognizes, encourages, and supports excellence in research by graduate students in the area of cognitive neuroscience. The awards may be used to fund research projects, including conference or research-related travel.
Thank you for your gift!
