The minor is designed to provide the information and analytic skills necessary to understand the complex issues that challenge our ability to develop sustainable systems now and in the future. Sustainability has as its core goal the development of systems of human behavior that enable both current and future generations to maintain a quality of life that is both productive and pleasing.
