Alternate Exam Policy for Physics:
Alternate exam times will be allowed for the following requests: Disabilities documented by the Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) office, UM sports competitions and travel, conflicting class or exam times, and illnesses or surgeries (with doctor's note). They will not be allowed for sports practices, club meetings, or non-university travel. All other excuses will be considered individually.
If you have an SSD form, please stop by Physics Student Services (1440 Randall) with the form or e-mail a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two weeks before your first exam so we can schedule an alternate for you. We are open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
