BIO:  Stephen Miller earned a PhD in experimental particle physics at the California Institute of Technology. His thesis was measuring properties of B meson decay. He then spent time as a post-doc at the University of Michigan designing trigger electronics and analyzing top quark decay with the CDF experiment at Fermilab. He transitioned to industry with a position at General Dynamics developing real time processors for radar and video data. He currently works for Bosch on real time computer vision algorithms for automotive rear view camera applications.
