The Graduate Student Working Group provides a forum to present work to fellow graduate students. One goal is to give students an opportunity to prepare for conference and other presentations. (Both the Department and Rackham Graduate School provide funds for professional travel.) Consistent with the usual format for graduate student conferences, a thirty minute presentation is followed by a ten minute commentary. The GSWG is a supportive and fun environment for presenting work in progress. Contact the coordinator for information about participating.
