Cassandra Mills ('12) and Jill Zientarski ('11) are the OS Peer Mentors for the 2011-2012 academic year.

Cassandra Mills' concentration within Organizational Studies is Managing Leadership and Developing Intra-Organizational Relationships. She eventually plans to get her MBA in Organizational Psychology and aspires to go into management consulting but is open to organizational development fields or HR. She spent last summer as an intern in a local Executive coaching and management-consulting firm. Cassie is very active on campus. She is currently working on a Leadership & Ethics research project through the business school with a group of fellow OS students. Her project deals with ethical role modeling. She is also on the e-board of an honors service fraternity, an active member of her sorority, volunteers, and is a member of Women in Leadership Lessons (an OS group for junior and senior women interested in meeting and becoming better leaders).

Jill Zientarski is focusing her Organizational Studies degree on Leadership and Management in the Health Sector. In addition to Organizational Studies, she is pursing a minor in Gender and Health through the Women's Studies Program. She is on the OS Student Advisory and Event Planning boards, and also participates in the Barger Leadership Institute's Leadership Fellows Program. She is a member of the community service fraternity on campus, Alpha Phi Omega, and became interested in public health issues while volunteering for the nonprofit Celebrities Against Autism. She plans to pursue a graduate degree in public health. In her free time, Jill enjoys blogging, baking, and traveling to warmer states.
