Connect with LSA Students

Are you interested in connecting with current LSA students? Explore the variety of ways that you can reach out. If you would like to participate in any of the following activities or would like more information, please contact our Employer Outreach and Alumni Relations staff.

Mentor an LSA Student

Want to help a current LSA student expand their understanding of the value of their liberal arts education and think about their next steps after graduation? Sign up to be a mentor through the Dean’s Young Alumni Council.

Speak in an Internship Prep Class

Are you interested in sharing your academic and professional story with current LSA students to help them understand the importance of their liberal arts education? It is so important for our students to hear from alumni that there are a variety of paths and a breadth of rich experiences that their liberal arts education will open up to them. To facilitate this communication, we host alumni as guest speakers in our internship courses throughout the academic year. We would love to have you share your story with LSA students.

Deliver Info Sessions About Your Industry, Company, or Organization

Would you like to share information about your company, organization or industry with current LSA students? Students learn so much when they have the chance to hear about the professional world from the employer perspective, and that understanding is even more powerful when the employer is also an LSA alum. In addition, these information sessions can be important opportunities for students to present themselves as prospective candidates and hone their networking skills. We are happy to help arrange for an opportunity to speak to groups of students. Please connect with a member of our staff, let us know when you will be on campus, and we’ll handle the event details.
