Past Fellows

Past Fellows have joined us from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, and the Fellowship has been a core part of growing many of their careers.

The NCID partners with our Fellows to help find a suitable career placement for them after they complete the Fellowship, and we continue to work with them so that our shared efforts to improve diversity in academia can continue. Our Fellows are often invited back for our local and national convenings, and many have the opportunity to continue sharing their experience through our convenings, research, and communications with our network.
