The university closes at 5pm on Wednesday, December 24th, 2014, and is scheduled to reopen at 8am Friday, January 2nd, 2015. All LSA IT services, including the central and regional service desks and second- and third-tier support teams, will therefore be unavailable over the holiday break.
Even when we're closed you can still submit support requests as discussed on the Help & Support section of the website: by email or by phone (please leave a voice mail message). We'll respond to those requests as soon as we can once we're back from the holiday break. Note that walk-in support will not be available when we're closed.
