Michigan Linguistics has wonderful alums, both at the graduate and undergraduate level. This week, the LinguistList featured one of our undergraduate alums, Eric Campbell, as their "Featured Linguist". After completing his BA from UM in 2005, Eric went on to complete a PhD at the University of Texas in 2014, focussing on the documentation of the Zapotecan languages of Central America. Since completing his PhD, Eric has been on the Linguistics faculty at the University of California, Santa Barbara. To read Eric's story in his own words, follow this link to the LinguistList feature.
