Our undergraduates are outstanding in many different ways, including being well-rounded scholars.  This year ten of our undergraduate majors have been elected to Phi Beta Kappa, one of the oldest and most venerable of the academic honor societies.

Phi Beta Kappa advocates excellence in the liberal arts and sciences and inducts only the most outstanding students in those areas into the society.  Students elected to the society have demonstrated intellectual integrity, respect for a wide range of views and an academic record characterized by both breadth and depth.

This year’s elected majors are: Cara Brennan, Amelie Chenet-Smith, Clare Furuta, Sarah Harper, Machav Roell, Holly Roseborough, Tesnime Selmane, Andreay Byl, Haley Patail and Mary Kelsey Smith.

We are immensely proud to count you among our majors!
