This event is presented in conjunction with Phase II of Rocks, Paper, Memory: Wendy Artin's Watercolor Paintings of Ancient Sculptures, showing in the Newberry Hall wing of the Kelsey Museum.
Poets on the University of Michigan faculty will read selected works of Seamus Heaney amongst the watercolor paintings of Wendy Artin. Reception to follow. Poets who will be reading include Amy Carroll, Tarfia Fazullah, Linda Gregerson, Tung-Hui Hu, Laura Kasischke, Thomas Lynch, Airea Matthews, Raymond McDaniel, Benjamin Paloff, and Keith Taylor.
