We are pleased to announce that Devi Mays will be joining us as Assistant Professor of Judaic Studies this fall. Her research interests lie in the modern Sephardic Mediterranean, transnational Jewish networks, and Jewish sub-ethnicities. She received her PhD in History from Indiana University, and she joins us from the Jewish Theological Seminary, where she was the inaugural Post-Doctoral Fellow in Modern Jewish Studies. She is currently working on a book that focuses on the itineraries and connections of Sephardic migrants.

Please join us in welcoming Devi to the Frankel Center.
