I propose to enhance my lectures in English 367 (Shakespeare's Plays) with Power Point technology. I wish to use Power Point in the classrooms as a means of displaying the following visual materials: topographical charts of 16th century London, archeological records of the public playhouses, speculative reconstruction of playhouses, period sketches of dramatic productions, genealogies of British monarchs, period costume, portraits of key historical, political, and theatrical personages, stills and film clips from Victorian and modern productions of Shakespeare's plays, keywords from pertinent theological, medical, aesthetic, and analytic vocabularies.
