I will incorporate LectureTools, an interactive multi-function teaching technology, in Introduction to Political Theory (POLSCI 101) inFall 2007. This is the first use of the technology in Political Science and the first time it is used in a course where the interpretation and analysis of arguments in texts is the primary mode of inquiry. The technology allows students to participate actively in a 250-student lecture, ask questions and offer textual answers and feedback on the material being taught.
