The Council for LSA Instructional Support Services is charged with following tasks:
- Providing general advice and counsel to the Director of LSA Instructional Support Services on instructional technology initiatives impacting faculty and students, LSA classroom facilities and technologies, rich media and instructional technology services and resources available to faculty, students and staff, information dissemination, and other instructional technology related issues. The LSA Dean’s Office retains responsibility for final decision-making.
- Partnering with Instructional Support Services to identify and discuss instructional technology and instructional facilities issues facing the College and University.
- Making recommendations regarding Instructional Support Services’ services, programs, policies, procedures, and long term plans.
- Gathering feedback from faculty, students, and/or staff in their departments to improve the LSA teaching and learning experiences.
