Julia Byers is a senior in the Residential College majoring in creative writing and literature with a minor in global media studies. A recipient of both a Hopwood and the Arthur Miller Award, she is currently completing an honors thesis in creative writing, blogs for the Huffington Post, interns for the Elizabeth Kaplan Literary Agency, and runs the Chapter One Young Writers Conference.
Tori Cox is a junior studying art history and arts & ideas in the humanities through the Residential College with a minor in museum studies. She also works as student docent at UMMA and loves getting to talk about and engage in the arts with other people.
Sophia Davidson is a sophomore majoring in art history, with an interest in Latin American arts and increasing diversity and awareness in the humanities.
Cosmo Pappas is majoring in comparative literature. He has studied French and German and hopes to participate in an intensive Arabic program after graduating. He has interests in history, politics, literature, and plans to go on to do graduate studies. He is an arts writer at the Michigan Daily and enjoys writing about and attending arts events.
Kinari Shah is a senior studying biopsychology, cognition, and neuroscience with a minor in history of art. She is interested in global health and environment, social media, and diversity in the arts and humanities. She is extremely excited for a great year of programming.
Justin Wong was born and raised on Long Island, New York, and enjoys trips to museums, catching a good movie, and Ann Arbor Restaurant Week. He is a senior studying art history and Chinese language/culture and an overnight host on Ann Arbor's WCBN freeform radio station. He urges you to expand your mind via the thousands of free lectures and concerts that are offered here each semester.
