The Division of Undergraduate Education includes over 25 units that live outside of the traditional departmental structure, and report to the LSA Dean’s Office through the Office of the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education.
The Division is the administrative home to many of the College’s high-impact and experiential learning opportunities, including study abroad, internships, and undergraduate research, as well as academic resources such as the Science Learning Center, the English Language Institute, and the classroom and teaching technologies powered by LSA Instructional Support Services.
We support the work of the LSA Curriculum Committee, and are equally dedicated to helping the College explore inclusive pedagogies and new curricular – and co-curricular – approaches to teaching and learning in the 21st century through academic initiatives.
Ultimately, we serve as a resource for students, faculty and staff engaged in various facets of the College’s undergraduate education mission both inside and beyond the classroom.
The English Language Institute turns 75 this year, and we are celebrating with a daylong colloquium on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2016 / 9:00 - 4:00 P.M. in the RACKHAM ASSEMBLY HALL
