First Year Bridge Scholars PLUS

Up to 100 Summer Bridge Scholars Program participants who apply are accepted into Bridge Scholars PLUS. In additiona to individualized peer academic coaching, scholars register for a common fall and winter course, CSP101, which emphasizes majore exploration, experiential learning, and academic success. Scholars participate in a variety of academic, social, and professional programming designed to promote community academic self-efficacy, and growth mindset, including:

  • U.S. Passport Application
  • Etiquette Dinner
  • Professional Headshots
  • Electronic Portfolio Development
  • Social Media Audit
  • Resume Development

 

 

 

Bridge Second Summer

Bridge Scholars PLUS (BSP) prepares scholars to participate in experiential learning opportunities early and often. Upon successful completeion of the first year of BSP, scholars are eligible for the Bridge Second Summer Scholarship: up to $4,000 to be used toward an experiential learning program. 

 

Past receipents have utilized the Bridge Second Summer Scholarship towards the following opportunities:
