Positive Technology: Utilizing Mobile Devices for Psychosocial Intervention. Scott Campbell will be speaking from 9:10-10am on "Positive Tech: Theory of Using Technology to Enhance Wellbeing"

Conference is free, registration is required. Register early. We only have space for 50 participants!

The conference will bring together researchers and tech developers to discuss merging evidence-based science and tech practice, focused on the translation of psychosocial interventions to promote well being (e.g., smartphones, iPads, web tools).

This will be a hands-on meeting. Invited tech company speakers will discuss:

  • concept development
  • wireframing
  • emerging, innovative tech tools

Break out session teams will have the opportunity to participate in a competition to win tech company consulting, generously provided by Arbormoon Software, Logic Solutions, and The Center for Health Communications Research (CHCR). Teams will develop an innovative tech-based solution to promote well being and present their idea to conference participants. Winners will receive up to 8 hours of pro bono consultation on the development of their tech-based idea.

Please bring a smart phone/tablet/laptop when attending the conference.
