Copley Latin Day

Friday, April 17, 2015
12:00 AM
Multiple Locations

On Copley Latin Day, the University of Michigan welcomes high school students from Ann Arbor and Detroit for a day of Latin skits, recitations and and other events designed to enhance their interest in the study of Latin. Students have the opportunity to visit the Classics department, the Papyrology collection, and the Kelsey Museum, as well as hear presentations from several faculty members about the study of Roman Civilization. We hope the day’s activities will both enrich these students'  studies and show them something of what the study of Classics is like at the University of Michigan.
