SUMMER LEARNING OPPORTUNITY: CELA is offering summer ecology courses in Belize (Deadline: u/k)

The Center for Engaged Learning Abroad, CELA, offers conservation and ecology courses over the  summer in English speaking Belize.  Our courses offer great field work in the jungle, the Belize Zoo, watersheds and on the Mesoamerican reef in the Caribbean Sea.

Our summer session runs from May 27-June 24, and the courses carry three credit hours each.   For full details on the courses, syllabi, student reviews and pricing, please click on the links below, or the website at CELABelize.  Class sizes are limited to 13 students to provide the best learning experience and the application deadline is March 15.

The summer two week course is $2,825 (3 credits) and two courses is $4,450 for 6 credits.    Transcripts are issued from Sacred Heart College in San Ignacio, Belize, or for those students needing transcripts from a US university, click here for details.

Please pass this information along to students who are looking for a study abroad opportunity or to those who want practical exposure in their career choices.  This is a great first time study abroad experience.
