Take On Hate is a national grass-roots campaign that focuses its effort and work towards combatting hate and discrimination towards Arab American and Muslim American communities throughout the US. The campaign works through capacity building, public education and work towards policy change.

It is no question that discrimination towards these specific communities is evident throughout daily life. However it’s vital that we take our sentiments further in fostering ideas on how to combat the hate and implement tangible steps toward diminishing discrimination and hate towards Arab and Muslim Americans.

Please join us for a session of building bridges and formulating ideas on how to go about the mission of Take on Hate and combatting hate and discrimination towards Arab and Muslim American communities. A goal through holding this event is to implement action steps to combatting hate that can be taken throughout Arab, Muslim and supporting communities, increasing awareness about Take On Hate and its mission, and hopefully establishing a chapter of Take on Hate in the near future.

Large presence of supportive communities and individuals of varying backgrounds and missions to stand in solidarity with the Arab and Muslim American communities is necessary in making our efforts successful. We hope to see you there!
