The International Institute Samo Alajbegovic Fellowships provide up to $5,000 to support academic internships and research projects that take place in the Northern Mediterranean region, namely:  Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This opportunity is unique in that it is only available to undergraduate students majoring in one of the following concentrations:  

*Cultural Anthropology
*Evolutionary Anthropology
*Linguistic Anthropology
*Biology
*Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB)
*Classical Archaeology
*Classical Civilization
*Classical Language and Literature
*Ancient Civilizations and Biblical Studies
*History
*History of Art
*International Studies students in the Comparative Culture and Identity, and Global Environment and Health tracks
*Program in the Environment (PITE)
