Title: Capabilities and Recent Results from UM Observatories: NOEMA, Magellan, & Swift

Abstract:

University of Michigan researchers will outline the capabilities of three key observing facilities and highlight recent results. With the addition of the NOEMA interferometer, the University of Michigan now has access to facilities that cover a significant portion of the electromagnetic spectrum, enabling science ranging from exoplanet characterization and the physics of star formation to black holes and clusters of galaxies.
